The order is worn on a tricolor moiré ribbon 120 mm wide over the right shoulder. The tape consists of three strips 40 mm wide - purple, blue, yellow. Departmental order for rewarding emplo yees for special labor merits. Obverse side: a round medallion, on a white field a gilded bas-relief of Arthur Anatra (founder in 1911 and owner of the Odessa Airplane Plant). The medallion is framed by a red ring with the text "Odesaviaremservice", ARTHUR ANATRA. The medallion is superimposed on a two-bladed gilded propeller superimposed on an oblique Maltese cross with blue rays edged with gilding. under the cross are gilded eagle wings. At the back, a silver-plated eight-pointed star with diverging rays. On the reverse side is a pin with a nut. On the nut there is an inscription: Odessa. VICTORIA
